Mark started his seagoing career in 1979 as an Apprentice Deck Officer with Shell Tankers. He came ashore and in 1987 obtained a BSC. Honours Degree in Ship Management and Naval Architecture. Thereafter, Mark returned to sea serving as a Senior Deck Officer before again coming ashore. Mark then embarked on a career in the Law being employed by major International Maritime Law Firms at offices in London, Hong Kong and Greece. After 16 years in the law, mark returned to the commercial side of shipping as General Manager of a dry bulk Ship Management Company in Greece.Mark is the Chief Executive Officer of Tri Bulk Shipping Ltd. which was established in 2010.

In 1996 Sergey attended the Murmansk Shipping Academy where he obtained a diploma in Electromechanical Engineering. After completing his Diploma, he was employed as Head Cargo Manager at a specialized fertilizer loading terminal. Sergey then attended the North-West Academy of Government Services where he obtained a diploma in Human Resource Management.During the period 2001 – 2008, Sergey was employed as a Manager of Cargo Operations handling fertilizers out of the port of St Petersburg. For a period of approximately one year, Sergey was employed by a Ship Management Company based in Cyprus as Shipping Manager. Sergey then returned to St Petersburg in 2009 as Chief of Department of Strategic Development.Sergey Joined Tri Bulk Shipping in 2010 as Operations Auditor.
