We are engaged in the in-depth assessment of the vessels’ employment opportunities, executing chartering agreements of vessels on an exclusive basis.

We are mainly fixing our vessels on the spot market, identifying employment opportunities and performing negotiated fixtures. Moreover, the team selects and evaluates chartering brokers and cargo orders, evaluates charterers, negotiates terms with charterers and signs the charter party in close cooperation with Operations Department.

Our Insurance Department's core objective is to ensure that vessels are fully protected and covered by A Rated H+M Underwriters and IG P&I clubs against any potential maritime peril, liability or risk.

Reputable underwriters insure that our assets are more than adequately covered against war risks and associated perils when trading within war risk areas, by way of War risk cover via reputable War Risk Underwriters and making sure that additional cover is in place when required.

Insurance Department initiates, follows up and diligently maintains all records with insurers and Underwriters with regards to Hull & Machinery incidents and claims, any third-party liability claims, crew related claims, cargo loss or damage, collision and pollution, while strives to handle them in an efficient, effective and results-oriented way.

Insurance department in close cooperation with all other departments makes sure that the loss ratio record of the fleet is maintained to best possible standards by way of implementing best maritime practices for loss prevention and safe trading.

Our HSQE department’s objective is to ensure that our vessels operate in accordance with health, safety, quality & environmental standards, in compliance with applicable International Conventions.

We review and implement in our system international HSQE standards, with due regard to applicable codes, guidelines & standards targeting to zero accidents and minimal impact to the environment.

We operate our ships with risk conscious mentality in order to avoid unexpected losses, in strict compliance with international regulations on Safety, Quality and Environment.

Our purchasing department ensures that procurement of stores and spare parts is undertaken effectively and meets the requirements for proper operations of our fleet.

The Purchasing Department is responsible for procuring the vessels' necessary provisions, stores, spares, paints, lubricants and chemicals. We cooperate with reputable suppliers in terms of quality, environmental standards and cost-effectiveness and aim to build long-lasting relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
